Hi I'm Chris,

I started this site as a homework project for school and decided that I liked the idea so much that I posted it on the web in late 2003. Here's a little history on me.

I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in Sept 1992 where I attended MCRD, San Diego. Upon graduating boot camp I proceeded to the School of Infantry where I was given my 0341 MOS (mortar-man). Upon graduating from SOI I was transferred to Fox Company (Blackhearts) 2nd BN 5th Marines at Camp San Mateo, MCB Camp Pendleton, California. In 1993 I attended Scout/Swimmer School at Coronado Island prior to deploying to Somalia with the 11th MEU-SOC (Marine Expeditionary Unit, Special Operations Capable). Upon returning from deployment in the summer of 1994 I applied for the 2/5 Scout/Sniper Platoon (SSP). Upon graduating from 1st Marine Division Scout/Sniper School I returned to 2/5 as a sniper team leader. I later deployed to Okinawa with the 31st MEU-SOC. Upon returning to Camp Pendleton in the fall of 1996 I was promoted to Chief Scout/Sniper and remained in that position until I had completed my service in Sept 1996.

Upon leaving the Corps I moved to Denver, Colorado where I currently reside. Currently I'm the Network Engineer for a startup aerospace company. www.avtechgroup.com I recently graduated from Franklin University with a BS in Management Information Sciences. I also have my MCSE and MCDBA certifications. I'm currently attending Regis University for my Master's in Computer Information Technology. My hobbies include mountain biking, kayaking, telemark skiing and martial arts (Ninpo Tai-jutsu, Muay Thai.)
